STEP 1Mix meat and fat, add most of your spices, then chill. |
STEP 2Quickly push mixture through the grinder, mix the meat well. |
STEP 3Immerse hog casings in warm water. |
STEP 4Slip a casing onto the stuffing tube. Push the sausage mixture through stuffer machine. Finish the sausage coil. |
HOW TO ASSMALE YOUR SAUSAGE STUFFER?
1. Rotate the crank handle onto the set screw ( Gasket is followed by screw nut). Tighten the screw nut securely using the spanner provided.
2. Unscrew the screw ring from the front cover. Take one of nozzles to put onto the front cover then tighten it with screw ring.
3. Screw the front cover with the nozzles onto the main body.
4. Spin the rear cover on the spiral spindle until it is positioned to the end of silicone piston.
5. Put the mincemeat into the main body.
6. Screw the rear cover with attached crank handle onto the rear end of the main body.
7. Position the machine onto a smooth surface by pressing down the lever of suction base.
Now your machine is ready to make fresh sausages!
